The anti-doping activity in the Republic of Albania is carried out through the National Anti-Doping Organization, which is a non-profit organization, founded by no less than three Albanian federations of Olympic sports.

The organization and operation of the National Anti-Doping Organization are made according to the statute approved by the minister responsible for sports and the competent court.
